Dark brown velvet Country Set duster coat

Absolute beautiful piece, floor length. Pirate or vampire vibes. Missing two top buttons (third picture) but otherwise perfect condition. Tag says 12, I wear a men’s small and it fits me well, aside from the sleeve length. I’m also 5’7 and the coat is right above the floor.
