This Meeker Tooled Leather and Metal Purse from the Early 1900’s Comes with Two Small Interior Pockets. One Pocket Holds a Mirror. The Purse is Lined with a Brown Suede Fabric that is in Good Condition. The Purse Has an Art Nouveau Design.
Condition: The strap to the purse is broken. I have the pieces and could be repaired. The clasp on the purse is also broken. One half is still on so it still opens. It is a unique clasp. Looks to be some kind of stone. The leather needs a good cleaning and the stitching is great except for one small spot. This, too could be repaired. Considering the age of this purse, I would say it’s in remarkably good shape.
