90’s VTG arts & crafts abstract textured top & midi skirt set

blazer/top and midi skirt textured set. the top has buttons down the front and the bottom hem has elastic. the elastic in the top allows the top to be worn more blousy if desired–images show some variations. the skirt’s waistband is also elasticized. fabric content is 100% rayon. in great condition with very light wear. care is dry clean only. tag size medium but could fit a large as well, please refer to measurements to ensure fit.
