Vintage mohawk 100% cotton flannel pajamas size D unisex new old stock

This is a brand new still in the package vintage pair of mohawk flannel pajamas. 100% cotton. The sizing says D, the chart on the back for the size d is chest 46-48 waist 40-42 and weight 200 to 225 lb so I’m assuming that would be an XXL. I have researched these as much as I possibly could I don’t know exactly what year they’re from but I would say probably at least the 70s but they’re in it the package and the package is never been opened.
