Skirt also has a matching chocolate print, metal buttons, removable bows, removable waist ties, shirring. I put a petticoat (admittedly a bit small for the skirt) on to poof it a bit.

I can measure as needed, but amavel and other brands are one size. Fits mannequin with room to spare, which is 34 bust and 28 waist.
