This is a blue tulle prom dress that flows down to the floor. I am a bit tall for reference (5’9) and I weigh about 135 pounds. I ordered a small but it’s about a medium. I didn’t have time to get it tailored so did not get to wear it. I tried it on once. The material is soft. And the dress is beautiful! Bought it for 230 and was unable to get a refund. I have no use for it so I’d love to give someone else the opportunity to wear:)
