【Brand New】BASS Summer Shoes, Size Equivalent to 28cm

I received this as a souvenir from the US, but it doesn’t fit me, so it’s been sitting around.
It seems to be a brand called G.H.BASS, but I don’t know the details, so please refer to the image.
It’s size 10M, about 28cm.

There’s no visible deterioration, but it’s been stored for a long time. If anyone finds it fits them, please let me know.
