This sweet little jacket is one of a kind! The maker is Scooter Brown and it’s a cotton (60%) and polyester (40%) blend. This piece features a collar, scooped 6 button closure, and ruffles along the sleeve and buttons. The bottom features 3 layers of ruffles. All the ruffles have raw edging. The cotton is very soft and thick and the ruffles are as soft as silk. The color is a classic Navy blue, although it looks a little lighter in the pictures.
