Alyce Paris dress size 6 new

Size 6 brand new two piece formal my daughter bought this about a week ago and she went by herself to get it I didn’t realize that the lady at the stores in a waiver of some sort saying that she could not return it under any conditions she decided that she didn’t want to go because her and her boyfriend split up and wanted to return the dress and she could not so she was out 130.00 – not sure if that was even legal for the lady to have her sign something without a parent present when she’s 15 years old but what can you do LOL,
