The size on tag says XXL, This does not look like an XXL to me, so please see my photos for the measurements to make sure this will fit. Secondly, I do not know if this is mens or womens. But I will be listing as a mens because the research I made indicate these t shirt is mens. But again see my photos for measurements. The t shirt is thick and good quality so you cannot go wrong with it.
