Pre-Owned, Good Condition, Has Light Spots you can see mainly when you hold to light shown in last picture. ! spot over gluing on band. Needs maybe some shaping in back and it was shaped at front cap area out some (See Video & 3rd Picture)
Inside brim is 21.5 so would be size 6 7/8 by Bailey Hats website.
