Purchased 2 years ago.
Used a few times, but not frequently.
Beige clear frame.

Comes with prescription lenses.
Feel free to replace them with your own.
No noticeable issues on the front, but there are some cloudy spots on the temples as shown in the last picture.
They are not easily noticeable unless you are very close.
