These are in very good lightly used shape — I bought them thinking they were high waisted but as you can see from the photo measurements they are in fact quite low-rise, which isn’t my thing and since it’s actually a drop hip they are too tight. For reference my high hip is 29”.
There is very light fraying at the hem in two spots, as seen in the photos. Please message with any questions!
