Many of the skorts are like new or great pre-owned conditions. The pants are in good pre-owned condition with some light fading on the navy. See other items for details on condition.

As far as sizing we used this with my petite 5 year old daughter. The size 4 Izod items fit more like a 5 and were even too big at times.
