They have a sturdy blue striped waistband and high quality, comfortable, and supportive leg openings and fully functional fly that will hold their shape when worn. It would be a great addition to a man’s wardrobe or given as a gift. It’s a very rare item. They’re possibly from the early 90s. I only have 6 pairs of this brand, size and style.
