2 layers of tulle (not scratchy and definitely pretty light) cover a thicker grey solid skirt.
Underskirt hits above knee and tulle goes to mid-calf.
The waistband hits just under belly button for a high waisted fit or you can pull down closer to hits. The waistband ACTUALLY stays where you want it!
I’m 5’10” with athletic build and longer torso and I think it’s pretty “true to size” fit.
I’ve worn this twice – once w/Converse + once w/ high heels and it rocks both styles!
