Rough measurements by an amateur laid flat…
Skirt length up to the belly band: about 75cm
Denim part length: about 57cm, belly band length: about 18cm

Designed for maternity with a high-waist belly band style.
There are pockets on both sides.

I believe it was intended for spring/summer, but the fabric can be worn outside of winter. Based on personal experience, even someone who usually wears size 3XL in UNIQLO could possibly wear this skirt. Just for reference…

The high-waist belly band is convenient for those who tend to get chilly easily. I liked it so much that I bought two pieces, wore them for about a season in rotation with leggings during the summer.

I don’t see any stains or tears, but if you are someone who scrutinizes the tiniest details, please refrain from purchase.
