The top has an elastic band, a zipper for closure, and a top clasp hook. This band without stretching it out is approximately 19.5 wide across, 4 wide on the outsides, 2.5 wide in the middle, and from top to bottom 44 long. This slip is nylon with a nylon lining and ruffle lace at the bottom. Also, it has double-layered hard stiff breathable netting for holding up a wedding dress.
