Elastic and drawstring waist. wrap top is loose and features a hook and eye modesty closure. shorts are loose and 2 inseam. perfect over swimsuit or lounging at home or after a shower. the hip measurement is 23 laying flat unstretched. the bust is a generous 23 or more due to style of the top. romper is brand new but the tag was torn off of plastic hangtag at neck.
