Phillip Noel blue & white leather embellished studded vintage tunic T-shirt top OS
So unique and from the late 80s or early 90s. Cotton cuffed sleeve t-shirt style tunic length top. Leather appliques and goldtone studs. It also has a vintage shirt clip on the side, not original but looks great and is adjustable.
Marked as one size fits all so check measurements: 31 long, 23 flat across the bust, 24 flat across the hips. Is reinforced with mesh on the backside of the fabric.
