The top has silver sparkle confetti and the skirt has 28 inch side slits for easy movement and to show a lot of leg. Measurements are approximate and taken while laying flat: 59” shoulder to hem, 14 inches straight across the waist and 19 inches from armpit to armpit. The fabric has 10% spandex so the velvet has a lot of a stretch to it for a body hugging fit
