Sequin mini skirt!

Very cute, dark navy blue sequin midi skirt. NWT, but the skirt came without tags, bought a purple one and they sent me navy blue instead!! It’s more a medium/large but I’m including pic of measurements! Very stretchy too!!!………I don’t mind using free shipping, but if I have to continue lowering the price, I will edit and add shipping charges. Plus Mercari adds selling fees. Thank you for looking!!i
