It’s like a sleeping bag for the stroller, goes around the entire seat and enough room you can fit another blanket in with your kiddo. Zipper closure. Very awesome product the outer layer is more of a water resistant material. Great for walks in the snow (we loved this for amusement park Christmas lights)
