These fit me similar to Hudson stretch jeans more like a 27.
I fit into 27s if they are stretchy.. If jeans are not stretchy I fit into a 28 (like j brand)
Hope this explanation helps, relying on measurements alone sometimes is not enough if they are stretchy.
These really hold everything up and in and are a tight. I will list as both sizes.
