Sizing: This dress will fit waists that are 25 inches give or take half an inch, it will also fit 26-inch waists but no further. The mannequin pictured has a 25.5-inch waist and the chest is 33 inches. The dress was tight on the mannequin’s chest, so it will be best if the new owner of the dress has a chest circumference of 31-32 inches
