Vintage Antique? Blue Glass Micro Mosaic Italy Signed? Pin Brooch

This is a very pretty piece. The cabochon is a blue glass that’s been set with extremely tiny glass tiles to form a cute flower design. This is all set in an open work silver tone metal pin. The back has something inscribed in cursive into the metal with some kind of sharp object. I tried to read it and the closest I can come to is Dora Mosher-Conner. That might not be what it says though. A lot of history with this pin. There is an issue at the side of the blue glass cabochon where there’s a divet or a bruise and it looks like it took a hit at one time. It’s not chipped or cracked just bruised. Measures 1.5 inches long by 1.25 inches.
