I’m not sure the exact time period on this brooch, but it was my great grandmothers… and my mother was born in 1942. I can’t tell you anything about what the stones are and I can’t find any markings to tell me what the base is but I’m assuming its sterling silver or white gold. It is beautiful though!
The pin seems like it could be tightened to latch better.
