Vintage Hand Crafted Bracelet with Arabic Writing on Hang Tag

This is a really neat handcrafted silver tone bracelet, which appears to be a celebration of Egyptian culture, using pharaohs and crescent moons. There is a hang tag with Arabic writing that I cannot translate, and on the other side of this writing, there is the face of a pharaoh.

The pharaoh is found featured throughout the entirety of the bracelet with crescent moon panels occupying every other making up the bracelet.

Measurements are found in the listing. This is an unknown base metal though it is not pure silver. This has been stored in a pet friendly and smoke-free environment. I believe it to be old, but I do not know how old and I do not know who crafted this magnificent piece. I can say that I cannot find another like it.
