Vintage Hoot Red Patterned Polyester Dress with waist tie. Size Juniors 9. Bust: 34” (somewhat adjustable, since it’s a wrap style dress), waist: 27”, length: 32.25”. Has snaps inside of dress to keep it lined up for wrapping. Has a very small mark, show in picture 7, circled in yellow. I’m not sure if this is 1960s or 1970s vintage. It’s in GUC for it’s age. Bohemian style.
