RARE 1950-60’s Jobere Couture Lord and Taylor Sleeveless black velvet scoop neckline fitted tunic with a metal separating zipper in back. It is made from rayon velvet and is fully lined. This is the perfect elegant velvet tunic to wear with your pants and skirts. It is labeled Jobere, Lord and Taylor, and ILGWU and is in excellent vintage condition.
