Vintage Jessica Howard dress. Has been reworked with added beaded criss cross straps. Slight sweetheart cut bodice with A line mini skirt. Skirt has tulle underneath and dress is fully lined. Boning in upper part of bodice. About a size large. Does not stretch. pit to pit approx 19 inches, length down back approx 26. A few beads missing on the back side of strap, but barely noticeable even close up, pictured above.
