tagged as a size 4, best for XS-S or 28” low waist. waistband has stretch, but the body of the skirt does not. measurements pictured.
in excellent vintage condition! only flaw is that one of the waistband strings is missing an aglet. otherwise it’s perfect!
very 2000s army brat / gorpcore! the material is sleek and comfy. pair it with some chunky boots and a cute baby tee 🙂
