 23.5 chest: (pit to pit) 

 22.5 waist of jacket: (approx. navel) 

 26.25 sleeves: (shoulder tip to cuff) 

 31.5 Length: (bottom of collar to hem at the back) 

 19.75 Shoulder: (tip to tip across the back) 

 I doubled the measured pit to pit portion and subtracted 4 inches (traditional measurement)and rounded up to the nearest even number.  For length I measured the back of the jacket short is under 30 inches regular is 30 – 32 inches and long is anything over 32 inches.
